Bathroom is tidy and great location, access to everything from food to essentials and not that far from metro
-
The price was good and great location, walk to whatever metro station you needed

I liked the hotel staff very much, all staff are very friendly! I especially liked the man who covers the breakfasts! He is incredibly kind! We also really liked the cleanliness of the room, cleaning was done every day and 5+. It was quiet surprisingly, no noise from the neighbors and we did not hear from the street. And we liked the breakfast, despite the fact that it was quite modest. Crisp bread, croissants with jam and delicious coffee, and once again I want to note that breakfasts are held in a very pleasant friendly atmosphere. Although we missed breakfast on the first day and went somewhere else, we enjoyed much more breakfast at the hotel later. Next to the hotel there is a very nice Japanese restaurant where you can have dinner in a quiet atmosphere, in other places it is impossible))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
The bathroom door was broken and didn't close, we couldn't help it, but it wasn't very pleasant. The location of the hotel is good in terms of proximity to the subway and major attractions, but outside the hotel is very noisy. No doubtful faces, homeless people, etc. were seen, felt absolutely safe.

My room was facing to the station side.Unfortunately the Europe Cup was held and the supporter was so noisy.

Excellent Location, a metro station across from the hotel, we walked to Louvre Museum and took us only 25 Minutes. Very nice and friendly staff, helped us a lot for direction. Clean and cheap.

Good hotel and good price. It is very well located near shopping areas and transport facilities.
-
Location ++ Walking distance of historical center and montparnasse railway station
++ Noise of crowd in the street alll night Restaurants then cinemas then night club in the neighberhood...Even with closed windows I had to go early to the near railway station and the rate was minimum... so..

Good location, but it is quite noisy at night due to its central location next to the main road & major roundabout.
Found a porn magazine on the floor right next to the bed. I am not sure if it was intended for the use of guests really. However, it was not discreet either because it was lying right next to the bed, not under the bed, etc...I am wondering what else one might find if you look around carefully...Breakfast could be more generous considering there was additional charge for it.

Location
the walls were so thin that u could here the people next room like they in your room
-
Good location, clean rooms.
Beds are for dwarfs, litterally, especially in twin rooms. Mine was even smashed. Price is too high for service : you pay the location, i suspect.
-
Good Locaction, close to the metro station. Best thing is the free Wifi in the hotel
Small rooms and very limited break fast.No iron and ironing board available in the hotel.

A well organised small hotel with helpful and very kind stuff

The hotel location was excellent. It was very close to the Metro, and reasonably close to the RER B line (I walked from Denfert-Rochereau). There are many, many restaurants in the area to choose from. The bed was comfortable.
My biggest problem was the second hand smoke coming in from the hallway and bathroom ventilation. This was unbearable the first two nights, and not as bad on the third (I think that the smoker(s) next door checked out). Also, only one light in the room worked, and none of the electricity outlets worked. This meant that the mini-fridge was not cold, the TV did not work, and I had no power for my laptop. The breakfast was very small for the price.

Smack bang in the middle of Paris. Montparnasse gare is central to bus network so no need to travel underground.
Breakfast well meaning but typically Spartan.

Great location, metro stop a few steps away and access to several lines there. Also very handy if using Gare Montparnasse train station. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area to choose from. Friendly staff.
Bathroom - newly redecorated and looks quite nice but no toilet roll holder and no bath towel rails or hooks of any kind. A bit of an inconvenience for a solo traveller - would be quite annoying if two people were trying to use the bathroom.
